Use of this web site constitutes acceptance of Drivecars 'Terms & Conditions'
This also applies to Telephone and all other orders.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted. By using and ordering online, by telephone or other mail order you are in agreement and accept our terms and conditions. If you do not understand or accept any of our terms and conditions you may contact us at any time for clarification before you place a order.

ORDER PROCESSING - ORDERS FOR DELIVERY

You can add or remove any items that you have selected for purchase at any time, You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.

After you submit your order you will receive an automated Order confirmation and details of the products you have ordered. Please note that this is an acknowledgement, not a acceptance of your order.

We may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case an email will be sent to you with the details
We will tell you if your payment cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices and charges on this site are in GB pounds.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you have ordered, plus any applicable delivery charges and vat where applicable. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Cart before you submit your order.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative in which case the price may vary, we will inform you of any price changes prior to processing your order.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

For payment we presently only accept PayPal.

VAT - UK and EEC ORDERS

All prices are plus vat at the current rate of 17.5%, this applies to all Uk and EEC orders but excludes Jersey and Guernsey

AVAILABILITY

From time to time, products may not be in stock. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you and advise
you of the delivery date before processing your order.

DELIVERY CHARGES

UK Flat rate delivery charge applies to online orders only and is subject to change depending on weight and
volume of parcel plus may vary depending on location

ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please note we are only able to deliver to the billing address of the credit card holder unless prior arrangements have been made and authorised by us or you are an established customer

HOW WE DELIVER

All products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value. Most orders will need to be signed for on delivery, please ensure that someone is available to sign for the parts you have ordered.

DELIVERY TIMES UK

Our delivery aim for most areas of the UK is next business day, this excludes but is not limited to Scotland
Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel islands, all offshore and remote locations
Our despatch team do try and send all orders where possible the same day but this may be affected during
peak periods or other factors such as stock control or constraints by our couriers or Royal Mail Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding bank holidays). If you order after 3.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day
Standard Postal and Courier Deliveries are normally 1 - 3 Working Days depending on the service used but this may be affected by weight and dimensions of your delivery.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet delivery times and our customers expectations however, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.

Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scotland, Scottish islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel islands and al remote and offshore locations. Delivery times are only a estimate and cannot be guaranteed

MISSING, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If the box that contains your parts arrives by courier damaged you should refuse the package and notify us immediately.

You must check your order upon receipt and notify us of any shortages or damaged parts within 24 hours of your order being delivered, claims received after this period will not be accepted
Incorrect or damaged Parts returned for exchange, you will be charged pending safe return, inspection and acceptance of the incorrect parts, this you hereby authorise

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

We do not accept for return under any circumstances any fluid, electrical product, cd rom, software, literature, upholstery carpets, floormats or any engine components.
Parts specially ordered for you and correctly supplied can not be returned for refund, credit or exchange

RETURNING UNWANTED PARTS

We will not accept any parts for return after 14 days from purchase date.

Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (eg, if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories plus any installation instructions.

Correctly supplied parts that are returned and accepted for return will be subject to a 15% handling restocking charge

We do not refund or pay for postage charges either outbound or return.
Return of Faulty Goods - Delivery Items

The following are guidelines for all goods ordered for delivery, or collected from our warehouse .

If there is a fault with your product within 14 days, we will normally offer a prompt refund or replacement. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be in otherwise in 'as new' condition complete with any accessories and the original box and packaging.

THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS DISCLAIMER

We are an independent supplier, and in most instances have no connections with the manufacturers of the goods or services supplied, or any other associated companies within the industry.

The use of the words, descriptions and images on this website or any other document or verbal communication is purely for description purpose only and makes no express or implied representation or warranty of any kind

GENERAL

These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions. Your data protection rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.
